Reconditioning of Komatsu D375A-3 Bogies

We offer the service of Reconditioning bogies for Komatsu D375A-3, 6 or 7 roller track frames.
We have the male and female bogie frames brought back to standard by buiding up the faces on the working surfaces between the two and then machining them back to specification. Then the bore is checked on both units and if necessary are built up and machined. A brand new genuine Komatsu pin assembly is pressed in to complete the assembly. All holes are re-tapped and new rubber pads are fitted.
